Hey, Blue Moon Drinkers, Listen Up!
You know who you are. You think you’re drinking a fancy beer cause it’s cloudy and has an orange slice. Well, guess what? It’s made by Coors! And so is Killian’s “Irish” Red, by the way. And while I’m at it, there is no Santa Claus. But leprechauns, they’re real.
So don’t drink that, drink this!
The good people at Breckenridge Brewery only make this beer a few months a year to be available in the summer months when it would be most enjoyable. And then they put a nice happy label on it, and pack it into 6-packs and cases. And it’s delivered to your local store. By leprechauns.
The Breckenridge SummerBright is one of, if not the most, refreshing beers of this Summer Beer Run. It’s one of those beers that after I’ve sampled it for the blog, I wish I had another in the fridge. The taste is very smooth, with a little malty and citrusy goodness.
So if you see it on tap (unlikely around DC) or in your store (pretty darn likely), buy it and have a couple. And thank the leprechauns.
And I don’t know why this is a Song of Summer, but it was just on my mind this morning…
Wow. What a blowing review. Fernando, will be looking for to buy it today.
ReplyDeleteDamn phone always tries to guess my words. That was GLOWING not blowing.
