Especially for me…
OK, I’m going back to the farmhouse, just for one day. Tucked in the back of the fridge, behind the Duke’s mayonnaise, was another beer I had bought for the Farmhouse Beer Run.
New Holland Brewing Company was founded in 1996 in Holland, Michigan. Today, their craft brews are distributed across 30% of the US.
The Golden Cap Saison is a “modern interpretation” of a traditional farmhouse ale. It’s a very mellow saison, along the lines of the Flying Fish farmhouse earlier in the week, a very drinkable lighter summer beer.
