Most beers, even craft brews, use dried hops. This beer uses hops picked (and not dried) at the beginning of the hop harvest. This makes for a very fresh, but a little bitter, ale.
Mild diet starts today - Slim Fast for breakfast instead of McDonalds or Panera!
